Phil is President of Mason & Mason Technology Insurance Services, Inc. and leads the firm’s technology practice. He is experienced in addressing the insurance needs of a wide range of businesses. Areas of particular expertise include technology errors and omissions (E&O) and directors and officers (D&O) liability. His clients include some of the world’s leading technology companies and their directors and officers. Phil has assisted his clients in obtaining insurance settlements in a variety of costly and complex professional and securities liability litigation. Prior to joining Mason & Mason, Phil was employed by Marsh & McLennan where he provided insurance brokerage services to Fortune 1000 companies. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor and received a BA degree from Bates College.
