Account Manager

North Conway, NH or Whitman, MA

The Account Manager is a client service position within the firm’s Commercial Lines practice. The Account Manager is their clients’ first point of contact on a general array of service items, supported by a team of processors (Client Service Support representatives). This position is essential to the firm’s growth and retention strategies, and to its overall service delivery objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Servicing existing clients within an assigned book of business under guidance of an Account Executive
  • Data collection and analysis at the onset of the renewal timeline
  • Ongoing service such as change requests, coverage review, claims processing
  • Overall consultative guidance

Qualifications of the Account Manager:

  • Background in Account Management, preferably in the construction industry segment
  • Property & Casualty License (or willingness willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in client service and professional work environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft based platforms and software
  • Experience with Applied EPIC software is a plus
  • Industry designations (CIC, CRIS, ARM, etc.) are a plus
