Client Service Support Representative

North Conway, NH or Whitman, MA

The Client Service Support Representative is an entry-level processing position within the firm’s commercial lines division. The position acts as a support queue team member by following a defined set of workflow segments to complete certain processes related to servicing the firm’s book of commercial lines business. This position is essential to the firm’s retention strategy, and to its overall service delivery objectives.

Flexible part-time hours are available.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to requests for certificates of insurance
  • Processing segments of workflows including accuracy review and pre-renewal processing
  • Support Account Managers and Executives in certain pre-defined aspects of workflows
  • Backup to Mason & Mason telephone queue

Qualifications of the Client Service Support Representative:

  • Adept in windows-based technology platforms including Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of other systems including Applied Epic a plus
  • Ability to multitask
  • Great phone / communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to type at a rate of 50wpm +/-
  • Knowledge of insurance industry a plus, but not required

This position is non-exempt in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.
